In 1967, The Beatles were becoming rock-n-roll legends, a gallon of gas cost 33 cents and the UF College of Pharmacy celebrated a group of pharmacy graduates eager to enter the profession and meet a growing demand for more pharmacists. Fast forward 50 years, and the college once again celebrated the class of ’67 at their Grand Guard. Six members of the ’67 class were joined by three ’66 graduates at a private luncheon hosted by Dean Johnson and a weekend of activities sponsored by the UF Alumni Association in commemoration of their 50-year anniversary since graduating from UF.
